Ideal for companies requiring short term coverage for internal recruiters (e.g. vacations, sick leaves, floater days, etc). This option also works well for companies with peak recruitment season in need of additional resources to meet their personnel demands.

Confidential Search

Occasionally companies may need to conduct a confidential search when looking to replace an existing employee. In such situations, the assistance of a search firm can be most beneficial. We work closely with our clients during the entire process until a successful candidate is secured. Due to the additional demands and resources invested in a confidential search, this option is available on a retainer basis.
